Meet Our Team
Meet our highly skilled and dedicated team, committed to providing quality personalised care for all of your musculoskeletal needs.

Anita Dikkenberg
Founder & Principal Physiotherapist
With over 30 years of experience and a Master’s in Sports Physiotherapy, Anita is known for her clinical expertise and holistic approach to treatment.
As the founder of Aligned Therapies, Anita has built a values-driven, collaborative clinic where every practitioner is trained in the systems and principles she’s refined over decades in practice. Her focus on uncovering the root cause of dysfunction — not just treating symptoms — is embedded in everything we do.
When she’s not mentoring her team or guiding patients, Anita enjoys riding her horses and spending time with her husband and two children.

Grace Corcoran
Physiotherapist & Clinical Pilates Instructor
Grace has been part of the Aligned Therapies journey since the beginning. Inspired by her early experiences she completed a Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Physiotherapy Practice and returned as a skilled, holistic Physio.
With a strong background in Ballet, Grace brings a deep understanding of movement and performance to her treatments. She has a particular interest in working with dancers and athletes, offering tailored rehab, injury prevention, and specialised pre-pointe assessments.
Grace also specialises in women’s health and pelvic health, supporting patients through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and beyond. She is passionate about helping women feel empowered in their healing journey, from easing pain and restoring alignment to building strength and confidence.
Grace combines manual therapy with exercise-based rehabilitation and is a certified Clinical Pilates and GLA:D practitioner. She also co-developed our signature A.C.E. (Alignment, Control, Exercise) program — designed to help patients reach their goals with strength, control, and confidence.
Outside the clinic, Grace enjoys paddle boarding, spending time with her family, creating art, and catching up with friends over a good glass of wine.

Matthew O’Sullivan
Physiotherapist
Matt is a skilled physiotherapist with a strong background in both clinical practice and sports rehab. With a Bachelor of Biomedicine and a Doctor of Physiotherapy from the University of Melbourne, he brings a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to every treatment.
Matt has a special interest in back and neck pain, shoulder injuries, and running-related conditions. He integrates hands-on treatment with progressive exercise rehab, working within Aligned Therapies’ proven systems to help patients achieve lasting results.
Known for his calm, clear communication style, Matt takes the time to understand each individual’s lifestyle and goals, tailoring plans that empower patients through every stage of recovery.
Matt also co-leads our ACE (Alignment, Control, Exercise) classes, bringing energy and insight to every session to help patients improve control, strength, and function.
Outside the clinic, he keeps active with squash, tennis, and distance running — and always finds time for a good meal, his garden, and cheering on the
Richmond Tigers.

Alyce Smith
Osteopath
Alyce is a passionate osteopath who brings warmth, skill, and a whole-body approach to every treatment. She holds a Bachelor of Health Science and Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy) from RMIT, with additional training in dry needling, cupping, and Pilates-based rehabilitation.
Drawing from her own experiences with sports injuries, Alyce has a special interest in treating both acute and chronic back pain, neck pain, and sporting injuries. She works within the Aligned Therapies system to assess the root cause of dysfunction — helping patients understand their bodies and supporting them through clear, structured care.
She also has a special interest in women’s health and pelvic health, guiding women through pregnancy, birth recovery, and beyond. Alyce is passionate about providing knowledge and support needed to manage pelvic pain, return to exercise after having a baby, or to navigate menopause changes.
Alyce also co-leads our ACE (Alignment, Control, Exercise) classes alongside Grace, helping patients build strength, control, and confidence in movement.
Outside the clinic, she keeps active with running, gym sessions, and time spent with family and friends.

Felicity Lorimer
Osteopath
Felicity is a passionate osteopath who blends strong clinical knowledge with a deep understanding of movement and performance. She holds double Bachelor degrees in Health Science and Applied Science (Osteopathy) from RMIT University.
With a background in dance and elite-level karate, Felicity brings a unique perspective to injury recovery and rehabilitation. One of her proudest achievements was representing Australia at the JKA 16th World Karate Championships in Japan — an experience that shaped her dedication to helping others move well and feel strong.
Felicity has a keen interest in treating sports injuries, headaches, postural conditions, and pre/postnatal care. She takes a whole-body, evidence-informed approach and works within the Aligned Therapies system to uncover the root cause of pain and build clear, individualised plans for recovery.
Outside the clinic, she enjoys training, exploring nature, and spending time with friends and family.

Anne Ricker
Practice Manager
Anne joined the Aligned Therapies team as a receptionist in 2011. She loves getting to know all the regular faces in the clinic and currently works Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Outside of work, Anne enjoys spending time with friends and travelling with her family – husband Matt and children, Phoebe and William. She also loves reading by the fire and walking on the Surf Coast beaches with her dogs.
